Lance Tarrance is the primary interface with clients and has a strong background in research design, questionnaire construction, key data interpretations, and strategic formulations.
Debora Taylor is an Information Technology specialist, researcher, and publications editor for all books, papers, op-eds, and speeches. She is also our Webmaster. Ms. Taylor performs per diem and short-term client based projects.
Stephan Helgesen is a former career U.S. diplomat who lived and worked in over 25 countries in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean Basin and the Pacific Rim for over 20 years. In the 1970s, he worked for two of Denmark's top internationally-operating companies, heading up their marketing activities. After his retirement from the Foreign Service, the Governor of New Mexico appointed him Director of the Office of Science and Technology, a position he held for nearly four years. In 2010, he became a consultant specializing in international trade, economic development and political counseling. That same year, he managed the political campaign of a prominent New Mexico Lieutenant Governor candidate.
He has published 400 articles on politics, economics and social issues and has authored four books and co-authored two others: “How Republicans can win in a changing America” and "Breaking Republican." Prior to government service, he owned a business-to-business advertising agency in Connecticut and was co-founder of a city magazine in Houston, Texas after serving on the staff of the Houston Business Journal. In 2010, the Federal Republic of Germany named him their Honorary Consul for the State of New Mexico. He currently resides in the mountains outside of Albuquerque.
